The primordial Wa’s Villages in Wengding

This scenic area is in Wengding village of Cangyuan, Lincang prefecture, in Yunnan Province, which has beautiful landscapes.

Due to the primitive Wa architecture and local customs, they are the most well-preserved primitive villages until now (翁丁佤族原始群居村落).

Tourists here have chance to see the Wa oxen-stabbing, dragging wooden drums, and the king’s mansion, experiencing their customs of singing and dancing.
