Exploring the area around Dianchi Lake: abandoned hotels , rocky mountains, caves, parks and vast meadows in bloom.

The Dianchi is a long lake just south of Kunming, Yunnan, plagued by massive pollution, especially along the northern shore. Since late 90s local authorities are working to purify these waters, so far with little success. Despite this, the Dianchi reserves some unexpected surprises like the Daguan Parkthe Little People Kingdom, a Luna Park, amazing flower fields, hikes and much more.
