1300 dogs rescued by Chinese volunteers

Chongqing. On the evening of January 15th, a group of seventeen volunteers freed more than 1300 dogs from a large truck from Zhangjiang despite the lack of food, water, and medicines.

Dogs are temporarily kept in a local pig farm. The alert was launched by  Chongqing Small Animal Protection Association via microblogging. Many dogs were found poisoned or dead. Furthermore, the animals were in bad physical condition, and they are in quarantine. Chongqing Small Animal Protection Association called for more volunteers to join the rescue dog, dog to provide relief.
