Lawrence Gray

Lawrence Gray is a screenwriter with credits in UK TV and Singapore TV. He has won the PAWS award for Drama and The Hong Kong Asia Film Finance forums award for best Hong Kong film project. He began directing in 2010, making a series of shorts and in 2012 his feature debut, Lust $ Found. He lived for twenty five years in Hong Kong where he founded and ran the Hong Kong Writers Circle publishing local writers. His own collection of short stories, Odds and Sods and his novel Cop Show Heaven, have been published by Proverse Press after winning arts council grants. In 2015 he moved to Johor Bahru where he is continuing to teach screenwriting and develop more feature films. In 2016 he will direct his second feature film: Psychomobile!
