On 28 September, Kunming Public Security Bureau destroyed illegal weapons and explosives.
The weapons, mainly guns, knives, self-made weapons, and explosives were publicly destroyed. The PSB carried out special campaigns to prevent and control explosives,
in order to crack down on illegal activities involving firearms and explosives, arresting 128 people, and confiscating thousands of illegal weapons including detonators, cable explosives, bullets, toxic chemicals, and fireworks.
