Peking Opera Blues

The film is set in 1913 Beijing, during Yuan Shikai’s presidency of the Republic of China. It depicts the adventures of a team of unlikely heroines: Tsao Wan, a patriotic rebel who dresses as a man; Sheung Hung, a woman in search of a missing box of jewels; and Pat Neil, the daughter of a Peking Opera impresario.

Dangerous Encounters of the First Kind

A sociopathic beauty urges three nerdy pranksters to embark on a deranged rampage. Three slacker pals make a firebomb and plant it in a movie theater. Pearl, a cruel little girl, has seen the situation and has begun to control the bombers. The four crooks are planning increasingly risky actions.
