In the Sphere of Multifaceted Workforces: HR Asia Highlights Companies that Excel in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity in the 2023 Awards

In the world of human resources, HR Asia stands as a beacon of knowledge and guidance. The acclaimed publication has recently unveiled the champions of the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Taiwan 2023, celebrating its eighth year. A total of 94 remarkable companies have been acknowledged for their dedication towards creating an ideal working environment that promotes the welfare and growth of their employees.

The focus for this year’s awards revolves around the celebration of ‘Diversity and Inclusion.’ In a pivotal move, HR Asia amplifies the importance of creating workplaces that actively embody the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The awards underline the significance of these values within the process of selecting the winners.

This year’s awards saw a dramatic escalation in participation with 366 companies vying for the coveted title, a growth of 11% from the previous year. An impressive 30,654 respondents contributed their experiences and insights to the survey, an increase of 17% from the 2022 awards, highlighting the region’s deepening engagement and participation.

William Ng, the Chief Editor of HR Asia, expressed his delight at the heightened enthusiasm and support for the awards. The surge in nominations and survey responses reflects the increasing commitment of Taiwan’s organizations to prioritizing the happiness and welfare of their employees.

To keep pace with evolving HR practices and to commend excellence and innovation in the field, three new categories were introduced this year. The HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards honor those organizations that have made substantial progress in nurturing diverse and inclusive workplaces. The HR Asia Most Caring Awards commend the organizations that have shown exceptional care for their employees, particularly in times of hardship. Lastly, the HR Asia Digital Transformation Awards applaud organizations that have effectively leveraged technology to revolutionize their human resources practices.

The organizations that were honored with the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Taiwan 2023 award have displayed unwavering dedication to their employees’ happiness, welfare, and development.
