(China Daily) The eighth season of the popular talk show A Date with Luyu, hosted by the renowned TV anchorwoman Chen Luyu who is often dubbed “China’s Oprah”, has been released on Fujian’s SETV this month.

Since its launch in 2016, the program has invited Chinese billionaire Wang Jianlin, singer and actor Andy Lau, star hurdler Liu Xiang, livestreaming celebrity Li Jiaqi and other leading figures from multiple industries to give a glimpse into their inner selves via heart-to-heart conversations.
