Yum blames South China Sea protests for dip in China sales

(Reuters) – Yum Brands Inc, owner of KFC and Pizza Hut, blamed tensions over the South China Sea for an unexpected dip in quarterly sales at its established restaurants in China.

Primavera Capital and Alibaba are going to buy significant stake of Yum (KFC and PizzaHut)

KFC and Pizza Hut owner Yum Brands Inc said Chinese investment firm Primavera Capital and an affiliate of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd will buy a stake in Yum China for $460 million (345.65 million pounds) as Yum prepares to spin off the business.
