To accelerate business with the world-largest musical instrument tradeshow
CMIA, Shanghai INTEX, and Messe Frankfurt have teamed up to bring Music China back to Shanghai, China, from October 26th to 29th, 2022. This year, as part of its 20th-anniversary celebrations, Music China will dazzle visitors with not just cutting-edge products but also a variety of events.
Music China, which has been held for 20 years, has helped to establish an international platform for the exhibition and interchange of musical instruments in the global market. Despite the COVID-19 epidemic, Music China was a huge success in 2020, with 1,106 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions and 81,761 onsite attendees, and 1.62 million online viewers. Despite the fact that the exhibition was halted due to the pandemic in 2021, an online program was held to suit the demands of the exhibitors for business matchmaking, new product introduction, and branding, generating a total of 239,000 visits online.
Music China will continue to improve itself as it celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, with a parallel development of digital and physical exhibitions, as well as an expansion of exhibit categories and exhibition area to 115,000 m2. To satisfy the needs for foreign trade during the pandemic, an online exposition and business match-making meetings will be offered as a complimentary service.
Music China will also host a series of parallel events encompassing all aspects of music, including the Industry Forum, the New Product Global Launch, the National Music Education Conference, and the Future Music Festival, in order to promote music business, education, and culture.
These events will not only allow exhibitors to explore new avenues for branding and selling their products, but they will also provide audiences from all walks of life with excellent music-related information.
Despite the fact that the pandemic has kept people apart, Music China will continue to use the Internet to connect global practitioners together, as well as to generate commercial prospects for brands and traders on this functional platform, contributing to the global music industry’s prosperity. Music China looks forward to seeing everyone at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from October 26th to 29th, sharing the fruits of the previous 20 years and kicking off a brand-new chapter for a prosperous future.
